We only use certified 100% natural latex. We do not use any cheap blended or synthetic latex.

Why don’t you use the talalay latex?
Dunlop latex is much firmer, which acts as support for your latex mattress. A firmer support layer ensures your mattress will last over time. Talalay latex is softer and lighter. We have found that Dunlop latex is much more suitable for Indian's because of their life style and sleeping patterns. This mattress will provide better back support to avoid back pains and spinal injuries.
What are the differences between Natural latex mattress and other types of mattresses?
Other types of mattresses (Memory foam, PU foam, and Other foams etc) Contain man-made chemicals and have a tendency to “off-gas”, i.e. create unpleasant odors. These foams are reported to sleep “hotter”. A natural latex mattress is one that is made from plant-derived latex rather than chemicals or synthetic petroleum-based latex. The 100% natural latex in our Dreamzee Latex mattresses is made from the sap of the Hevea brasilienesis rubber tree, with no artificial chemicals or fillers.
What all factors does the customer look / consider before purchasing latex mattresses ?
Some of the factors which may influence your buying decision are:-
1. Certificates - Customer should look for all the certificates that seller is providing.
2. Weight - Some sellers in Indian Market are selling blended latex (it is mix of natural + synthetic latex). The weight of blended latex is almost 30% - 40% Down as compare to 100% natural latex.
Does your mattress off-gas?
When it comes to mattresses, off gassing is caused by petrochemicals present in mattresses that are made with synthetic materials.
The mattresses will put off a distinctive chemical smell for a little while. However, not all mattresses have this chemical smell. In fact, natural latex mattresses don’t off gas and most synthetic and polyurethane mattresses do. It really is as simple as that. 100% natural latex mattresses are the best choice for a good night’s sleep free from all chemical odours.
Other companies are providing free trial period. why you are not providing the same?
All orders we take are "Make To Order" Products were we manufacture new product for every customer. The mattresses we provide are of high quality standards. We follows international quality system and standards while making our mattresses. About 80% of our mattresses has dual comfort feature (both soft and hard) which nullifies our returns as customer is getting both comforts in one mattress. According to research we found that most of the companies in India who are providing free trial are not loyal to their customers.
Let's take an example-
Suppose if you buy a mattress for 20,000/- and you use it for 25 days and you found that this mattress is not comfortable at all, so you ask for return to claim complete refund. These companies will offer you complete refund. According to you your case is resolved. but now see the other side of the coin. These sellers won't discard this, mattress or neither they give in charity. They will change the fabric and pass it on to new customer. According to study out of every 10 mattress sold 3 - 4 customer claims for full refund. So, the mattress you ordered From these brands doesn't sure you that you received a new fresh mattress. Our purpose of telling this example is to make you aware from the unethical practices used by sellers to increase their market shares.

Which courier company do you use to ship your mattresses?
We dispatch our mattresses through Blue Dart and Safexpress Courier Services.
Do you provide your mattresses in a box?
No, We don’t provide our mattresses in a box. We dispatch our mattresses in one single piece without any folds.
How long does it take to get the latex mattress after i ordered it?
We take 3-4 days in production and the delivery depends on the location. For Example - We usually take 7-10 days for deliveries to cities like Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, etc.
Can we return the mattress if we don't like it?
We don't accept the returns on the basis of comfort. But if there is any genuine manufacturing defects then warranty comes into the picture.

One of the finest Mattress I have come across till now. I have Purchased "DREAMZEE TAVASYA – 7 ZONE ULTRA LUXURY 100% NATURAL LATEX CERTIFIED ORGANIC MATTRESS (SIZE: 78X72X7)" which cost around 84K, It’s totally worth It. I have been using it over 1 Year now. Not a single issues. I really don’t know how these mattress is so wow and how these mattress is competing with the other mattress in the market (there are so many players in the market) with a little bit low cost. Any one can get the similar mattress with around 20K. however Dreamzee is 4X higher than these mattress. Previously I have Kurl-On Mattress ( I bought it in 2010) and seems it’s useless. But that time I can’t afford these mattress and I am not sure these mattress are available that time. But if anyone can afford this, these mattress are for lifetime. I am planning to buy another One with Queen Size. All the very best to the Dramzee People for there efforts and work !
